AUREA | Luxury Bayswater Apt near Hyde Park

Com crianças e família a quantidade de escadas e a dificuldade logística complica. Positive: Achei o banheiro bom e a divisão de ambientes também para família. Negative: Não gostei da localização porque tudo tinha que ir de Uber com as crianças e os valores ficavam altos. E principalmente não gostei da quantidade de escadas que tive que subir com 3 filhos e muitas malas, o fato de não ter ar condicionado e a pouca flexibilidade no late check out, com 3 filhos foi uma experiência ruim na chegada e na saída.

Ein Albtraum ... Positive: Die Lage, mehr nicht. Negative: Die Wohnung war dreckig. Überall Schmutz. Auch nach einer weiteren angeblichen Reinigung keine Besserung. Die Küche war immer noch schmutzig (einschließlich der Arbeitsflächen, des Geschirrs, in den Schränken und der Kaffeemaschine ...). In der Kaffeemaschine waren noch Wasser und der Kaffeepad vom Vormieter drin. Wir haben alles nochmal selbst geputzt. Die Front der Küche ist zerkratzt. Die Herdplatte waren immer noch verkrustet, ebenso der Backofen.. Wir mussten erneut selbst reinigen. Der Staubsauger in der Wohnung funktioniert kaum noch, weil der Staubbeutel voll ist. An den Fenstern hingen mehrere Spinnweben. Der Badezimmerspiegel ist kaputt, alt und verrostet. Die Dusche und der Wasserhahn im Bad sind verkalkt. In einer Ecke des Wohnzimmers steht eine defekte Lampe. Die Vorhänge sind teilweise ausgehängt. Das Schlimmste war, dass wir in schmutzigen Betten geschlafen haben. Die Wohnung ist weder Premium noch 4 Sterne. Der Vermieter KeyHol Living ist zwar erreichbar, macht aber ständig leere Versprechungen. Er hat eine Erstattung angeboten, aber tatsächlich nichts zurück bezahlt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Soggiorno molto positivo e piacevole! Positive: Posso dire che con Fabio mi sono trovata benissimo, molto disponibile. Appartamento super accogliente, semplice ma con tutti i confort. Posizione ottima, bus comodi, due stazioni della metropolitana vicine e se non si vuole prepararsi da mangiare basta attraversare la strada e ci sono tutte le soluzioni che si vuole (bar, supermercato, ristoranti, pub etc etc). Negative: Forse solo da perfezionare le pulizie un pochino!

A lovely place to stay for a shopping trip or break to experience the city. Positive: The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. From toiletries, hair dryer and iron to a toaster, cafeteria, kettle and a coffee machine. It is fitted out with a fully functioning kitchen with a toaster, hob, and oven and even a dishwasher. It also has a fridge and freezer. All superbly clean and functional. The living room and kitchen area is spacious and the bedroom snug with a comfortable bed and good sized wardrobes with shelves and hanging rail. We stayed as a family of 5 and it worked well. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with an overhead and hand shower with toiletries if you haven’t packed your own. It is close to lots of amenities and lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Hyde Park is a short walk away and bigger shops are also very close by. I would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely apartment. Negative: We have no complaints. The owners of the property made sure to check whether everything was okay. They were only a call away, but kept in touch by text messages if we needed them.

Zona tranquila, bien situado, anfitrión amable. Positive: El alojamiento estaba muy bien situado, en una zona tranquila, cerca de paradas de metro y de bus. El anfitrión resolvió todas mis dudas con amabilidad y había detalles como aceite, café, azúcar... que agradecemos. Estaba limpio y fue cómodo para 5 personas, no había excesiva amplitud, pero lo sufuciente para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Buena relación calidad/precio. Negative: No sabíamos que este apartamento se encontraba en una tercera planta sin ascensor, para nosotros no supuso un gran problema, pero sí se debe tener en cuenta para personas con poca movilidad. Cuando llegamos también hubo un pequeño inconveniente, pero se resolvió de inmediato.
