Disappointing - a miserable 5 days Positive: Close to Hyde Park Negative: It was misleadingly advertised and was a shabby very small room, very small double bed , not extra long as advertised, stuffed with dusty fake plants and linen and cleaners equipment. Tiny shower and toilet, no bath as was advertised, in need of repair.

Great location, communicative hosts Positive: The location was fantastic, lots of coffee shops and supermarkets nearby, plus walkable to Kensington Gardens! We went during the British heatwave, there was no aircon but they did provide us with industrial level fans which worked well. Negative: We booked the studio apartment expecting certain features listed in the description, and although there were some discrepancies on arrival, the hosts were responsive and took steps to address the issues we raised. Our second bed was not set up, and when we contacted them about the bedding, they replied quickly and ensured we had what we needed. They also listened to our concerns about the listing and said they would update the information for future guests.

Smaller studio with great location Positive: Location of the studio apartment is absolutely spot on. You have it close to literally everything, shops, underground, train station. That is a huge plus. Studio is on a smaller side, could say minimalistic, but you'll find in there everything you need for your stay. Sofa bed in the room is well doable for sleeping as well as bed (standard double), the mattress is really nice to sleep on. Flat is super quiet, you'd not even know you're next to busy streets. Negative: There is no air con, however you're provided with two fans. We could not figure out how to use TV (normal TV programmes) , so perhaps some guidelines would be good 😊

Positive: Odada, micro dalga fırın, çamaşır makinası, kahve makinası, su ısıtıcı, ütü, sac kurutma vb.ile mutfak gereçlerinin tamamı mevcut. Sıcak su istenildiğinde devamlı var. Tesis sahibine telefon ile ulaşmak her zaman mümkün oldu. Hyde parka, otobüs durakları ile, metro istasyonlarına çok yakın. Negative: 1)Booking'deki ilanda,adres porchester terrace 24 nolu yer olarak belirtildiğinden, doğrudan bu adrese gidip kapıda kilit şifresinin gelmesini bekledik. 30dk.sonra ilanda verilen iletişim telefonunu aradığımızda, tesisin 9 leinster garden adresinde olduğunu öğrendik.Valizlerle tekrar farklı bir yere gitmek biraz yorucu oldu. 2) 4.gün eve dönünce, binanın dış kapısı şifresini girmemize rağmen açılmadı. Tesis sahibini aradığımızda, şifrenin değiştiğini öğrendik. Şifre değişikliğinin bize daha önceden bildirilmesini beklerdik. 3) Duş kabini çok küçük, kilolu ve geniş olanlar için zor olabilir.
