Great location, perfect for a couple who wants to explore the city Positive: Location was excellent: the street is quiet and safe, but also walking distance from bars, restaurants, a local supermarket, the tube and the main London Museums. The host was great, easy to reach and gave us great tips. Flat was clean, tv, Wi-Fi, shower, hot water and kettle all in working order. Overall good value for money for London standards. Negative: Flat is located on top floor of the building, there are a bit too many steps for a family with two small kids and bags like us. Sofa bed is ok for two nights max. I’d say flat is perfect for a couple, not the best for a family.

Klein aber fein in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Positive: Klein aber fein. Die Lage war super. Geschäftevin der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern in der Unterkunft. Der Platz reichte gerade so aus. Für 4 Erwachsene ist er sicher zu wenig. Negative: Ein pasr Gläsercstatt der Plastikbecher wäre wünschebswert gewesen. Ansonsten tip top betreffend Ausstattung.

Positive: L‘appartamento si trova in un bel quartiere, la posizione è ideale. Negative: Le zone comuni del palazzo sono trascurate e l’appartamento non corrisponde alle immagini caricate sul sito (forse frutto di AI?). Molte parti della casa sono piuttosto rovinate e sporche.

Satisfied our needs - potential for a great place Positive: Location was excellent, overlooking Leinster Square Gardens - the light in the morning was beautiful. The sun was shining the whole time we were there, so we would open the window and let the breeze in. Easy 5-8 minute walk to the tube (option of circle line and central line). Great neighbourhood in general for puttering around, eating out at restaurants and shopping. Communication was great, overall satisfied our needs as we didn't spend much time in the flat, other than for sleeping and eating breakfast. The hosts were also kind enough to let us leave our luggage a bit later than checkout to make it easier for use before our departure to the airport - which was greatly appreciated. Negative: I would not classify this apartment modern. It's an "authentic" London Flat - which is fine. The furniture is of rental quality, and the carpet/rugs could use a good cleaning or removal. The pull out is also not comfortable. We had our kids sleep on it so it was fine, but to have an adult sleep on it, it would be most uncomfortable. They have a layer of carpet under pad under the "mattress" to reduce the feeling of the springs. In terms of kitchenware mostly well stocked except- there were no glasses for drinking, 2 mugs and 6 wine glasses. We were told we would receive drinking glasses the next day, but that never happened. Difficult to have coffee and the morning and then pour a glass of milk for kids in a wine glass. Overall, I think that things can be done to make this apartment a lot better as the location is spectacular.

Awesome stay Positive: Had a perfect stay in this studio in Bayswater. The area is very close to Hyde Park and generally a lovely part of London. The studio had everything I needed and felt comfortable during my stay. Check-in was very easy and the host was flexible and easy to communicate with. Overall a really smooth stay, I’d definitely come back.
